Meta requires apps to provide a way for users to request deletion of their data. This page explains how to request deletion of personal data associated with Bartalaap.
How to request deletion
- Email privacy@bartalaap.com with subject“Data Deletion Request”.
- Include your name, email, WhatsApp business number if applicable, and Meta User ID if known.
- We will verify your identity and confirm within a reasonable period (typically within 30 days).
What we delete
- Account profile details you provided to Bartalaap
- Support correspondence tied to your identity, where feasible
- Application data linked to your Meta user or business connection
What we may retain
- Records required for legal, tax, security, or fraud-prevention reasons
- Aggregated or anonymized data
- Message data belonging to a business customer’s WhatsApp conversations
