Bartalaap provides software that enables businesses to use the WhatsApp Business Platform, including messaging, template management, webhooks, and account onboarding.
2. Eligibility & accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract and use the Services only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for credentials, Meta tokens, and activity under your account.
3. WhatsApp & Meta platform rules
Your use must comply with Meta’s and WhatsApp’s terms, messaging policies, and applicable law.
4. Acceptable use
- Do not send spam, phishing, or prohibited content via WhatsApp
- Do not bypass Meta rate limits, security, or access controls
- Do not misrepresent your identity or business during onboarding
- Do not use the Services for illegal or abusive activity
5. Fees
WhatsApp conversation fees are charged by Meta. Bartalaap may charge separate software fees under a separate agreement.
